Help I'd this worm and how do I get rid of them

It's an amphipod.... he's a good guy in most cases.

No. They're in most everyone's tank. A few members who have a lot, sell them to other reefers to seed their tank and to culture as food.

Great critters, they clean, graze on algae and serve as food to fish.
