I'm new two this hobby and found this in my tank. I removed it right away since I didn't put it in my tank knowingly. I tried looking for common critters and pests but it doesn't quite appear to match what I saw?

Looks like a lot of pretty short legs with two long antennae.

Any help is appreciated.

Ok here's a less garbage picture; I was in a rush to get to work this morning. Don't mind the white part near the right, it's holding on to a small rock.

It looks like it might be in the family of those but it doesn't seem to match anything in that list exactly.

Also, being new to this, is this something I should remove if I find others or is this reef safe?
Right now my tank has a basic cuc (snails/hermits), a pistol/goby, cleaner shrimp and a handful of corals. My latest addition was some chaeto algae that was seeded with copepods so maybe it hitched a ride on that?
