Help ID this worm?

Have had these for a few months now, I remove them by suctioning when I see it. This is the biggest one I’ve seen so far

Can’t open video on my phone
Any still pics under white lighting?
 
Just looked up the Medusa worm, i don't think it looks like that..

Sorry I don't have a picture of it under white lighting.. and I already removed it from my tank, but there will be more that will return
 
Some kind of eunice worm ?
As got banded just below head and got the tentacle grabber things on head ( sorry don't know correct terminology)

Are they known to reproduce? I can discard one or two a day from the glass.. these things are super tiny so I'm wondering what methods I can use to eradicate?
