Help ID Unknown Coral/anenome

I have recently noticed a few of these guys since I got back from college, I am unsure what they are. And if I should be concerned about them. They seem to have tentacles but don’t look like anything I have seen in my tank before. Seems to be almost like a mini dunkan Coral

Blue guy right in the middle of my rock sorry for not clarifying that from the beginning.

Its a ball anemone and although called as such is actually a mushroom. They come in a few cool colors and deemed safe and do not sting
