Help ID what is coming off my Aussie Torch

Have a two headed Aussie Torch where one head has been closed the past few days and wasn't sure if there was brown jelly disease. I just dipped it in some witch hazel followed by ReVive Coral cleaner. A whole bunch of things came off. I initially thought it was flatworms, but doesn't look like flatworms? Anyone have any idea? Thanks.

I was turkey basting the torch while dipping. Did I blow it apart?

That’s what it looks like. Even so, it had to be in bad shape to blow off that much of it.

Thanks JGT, this was my favorite torch also......is this typical of torches? I had used a capful of witch hazel in 500 ml of water

Sees like it is still alive? Any advice on how I can potentially salvage it? First pic is last night, second pic is this morning (more opened)

I'm sorry to see this happen.

Once bacteria get a hold it is a down hill battle.

Iodine based dips are good but from what I've been seeing and what I've been told the new way to treat is cipro treatment.

I haven't tried this yet but I do believe it is the next thing to try.

I unfortunately think your torch is a little too far gone for anything to be done

Low light and low flow to help give it any chance to recover.
