Help ID....what is this?y

New tank 3 weeks old. Just put some turbo snails in and noticed one has this on it's shell. Just saw something peek out of it and then go back in. And now I am noticing little white dots that look like tiny worms on my rock. Is this a tube worm that hitch hiked on my turbo snail?

Can anyone id this and is there a relation to the little white things?

White things are probably Pileolaria
The hitch hicker may be some time of worm. Not to sure about that one.

Looks like Vermetid Snails to me, quite a few varieties in our Reeftanks.

See if you can remove the thing thats riding along. Im not sure of exactly what it is, but better safe than sorry.
