He's been through a round of ick but is eating good and active like he always is. No flashing. No aggressive fish in the tank. Does it look like bacterial infection or parasites? It looks like it's only on his right side behind his fin. Thanks

I hope so. I was doing a water change and dropped a rock. He freaked out and jumped out of the tank. Managed to snap a few more pics when I picked him up

Looks like an injury or infection to me. If it becomes more red or spreads I’d use a heavy antibiotic in quarantine such as nitrofuracin green or add furan 2, metroplex, and kanaplex together for 10-14 days.
