Help ID worm

Hello all,
I have recently lost 2 acans and now my scoly and a large Goni colony are not looking good. Just dipped the scoly and this worm came off. Any idea what it is and could this be the culprit

Pic is a bit fuzzy but looks like a dorvillidae worm, which a reef safe cousin to bristleworm and eats uneaten food and detritus and one of the few hitchhikers welcomed in my tanks
 
Thanks. Something is tearing up these lps on my sand bed. I’ve had these corals for over 2 years and nothing has really changed. Each one of these has had one of these worms under it when I picked them up
