New Sunny D frag put into tank 2 days ago and Has not opened (FWIW an Utter Chaos frag was part of same order and opened right away). Looked at it this morning...is this Zoa pox?

From my research - this does not look like zoa pox, but rather a frag that is still acclimating. The striations you see are normal. The small specks may be debris - they could probably be removed with some slight turkey basting.

Zoa pox are more reminiscent of a pustule. Think of a pimple that is ready to burst (sorry!). They are typically in groups as well so it's colonized rather than one offs.

Did you dip this frag before introducing it in your tank? If so, give this one some more time before taking any actions.

I do not see zoo pox. Weird though they have not opened.

Agreed on the first two reponses. What type of light do you have them under?

Dipped in coral revive as per all my frags. Light is Kessil A360 tuna blue. Still closed and light period has just begun for the day.

Parameters

Alkalinity = 10.9
Magnesium = 1400
Calcium = 435ppm
Nitrate 5-10ppm
Salinity 1.026

Alk is a little high but nothing alarming.
Those look normal. I expect some debris when ordering palys. Zoa pox looks like cysts or huge zits on them that have white gunk in it. They can “pop” or ooze out. Definitely not what you’re seeing
