This red spikey looking thing is on the bottom of my frogspawn and on the base of my torch coral also growing on the rock I'm not sure if the rock and what's on my corals is the same thing

Can you zoom in a little .. It's too blurred when you zoom in it. Are you familiar with vermetid snails/worms..can't see if it has a tube extensions out from it?
