looks like a normal bristleworm- good guy- eats detritus and leftover food, though they can reproduce like crazy which bothers some people

It looks like a bristleworm, but maybe a shot of it under water would be better. If possible, get a clear clean container and fill it will water from the tank where you pulled the worm out and take a pic. That should help us confirm its identity.
