Any thoughts on what kind of algae this is and how best to fight it?

The algae blows off easily with a baster and usually takes 3-6 days to reestablish.

I’m thinking maybe green cyano, but the bubbles are throwing me off. I run bio pellets, so cyano could make sense??

Here some tank parameters:
- 235g mixed reef
- 18 months old
- nutrient expert is bio pellets, 1.5% daily water change and large simmer
- nitrates steady at 10-14 (test weekly with Hanna)
- phosphates steady at 0.02 - 0.05 (weekly with Hanna)
- alk 8.5, ca 420, mg 1350 (trident)
- lights are Neptune sky’s

Many thanks in advance for your help!!
