Help identify algae please.

I have tried h202 dosing at 1ml per 10gal and it did nothing to it. I can't remove the rockwork because most of it is glued together with epoxy and reef glue. I will try scrubbing with a toothbrush dipped in h202. A lot of rockwork being a 125. I sometimes wonder if my rocks are leaching stuff. I started with dry rock this time... Instead of live rock. I started with live rock in most of my tanks in the past.
I am going to let the chemiclean run its course before I try anything else so I dont put to many what ifs in the mix

This is my build thread.

So, Running the chemiclean has done nothing so far on day 3 to whatever this is... except for causing my skimmer to go insane. It is continuing to grow rapidly as a big brown hairy carpet. I was able to blow some off with my target feeder though... Which I dont think I have been able to do before. But it seems to keep growing. I am doing a three day blackout starting today. Attached are more pictures. The areas that are clean with some white fuzzy stuff is what was left after I blew it off with my turkey baster. Any insight?

Update? I have that exact same plague on a few rocks that weren't cured...I got a mix of rock but its mostly on 2 large ones and bro...tf

So, it has been a while. And things are finally clearing up. I added cheato back into the sump. And I am feeding a lot more. Color on my corals is starting to come back and the brown stuff is starting to slowly dissappear. I think my problem was a lack of nutrients in the tank. I was keeping things too clean. I also got a media reactor to run seachem matrix carbon and seagel in it instead of just using a bag in the sump. I also increased bioload with more fish. I think this is making a big positive impact on the tank.

I found I wasn't feeding enough. My nutrients were way too low. Also, I think part of it was bacterial imbalance. I wasn't feeding enough and was changing out what I used for bio media to much.
