I see turf algae and cyano. Both will respond to 3-5 day blackout. Often cause is lack of water flow, overfeeding, use of tap water from the faucet and elevated phosphate levels

i use rodi water and i have plenty of flow throughout the tank so it could possibly be overfeeding ill also check my phosphate tomorrow

So wanted to update I could not check phosphates as my test kit I had expired ‍but I was able to blow the algae off the rocks just as easy as the cyano I have in that picture if that helps any

Next time you do a water change while you a siphoning out the water blow the rocks and suck it out but you will have to get the nutrients under control to help. Usually with cyano adding flow to that area will help.
