Can anyone Identify the disease attacking the coral below? If so, any advice for a cure?

It’s hard to say from the picture, but it looks pretty ruff. However, the Coral next to it, also look partially bleached. What are your parameters? Starting with ammonia, nitrates and phosphates.
I would test for that if you can,
And also for alkalinity, calcium, and magnesium.

Water Parameters are all good.
PH 8.2, Amonia 0-0.1, Nitrate 0-5, Nitrite 0, Salinity 1.024, Calcium 420.
The coral next to it is a Devils Hand that goes from a tan to yellow when open and gathering nutrients to a green when closed. The rest of the corals are all good.

Looks like tissue recession, possibly allelopathy/coral warfare from the leather coral next to it.
I just moved the coral there since it is a higher light and flow area. It has been slowly getting worse for about a month. Very slow progression, but noticeable. The corals in the rest of the tank are good.

Bacterial if you ask me. It looks like it's pretty far gone. Even if you can stop what's killing it the center oral disk looks like it is completely gone. It will not recover from that kind of damage. I've done alot of experimenting with antibiotics and would say that I have been successful when corals start to show sighns of tissue resession due to an infection. If other lps start to show signs of tissue recession you might want to look into treating them with medication. Make sure your water parameters are where they are supposed to be as fluctuating water parameters weaken coral and make them susceptible
