Help identify and tips and tricks for removal.

Is this dinos on rocks, sand, and glass. Lots of it blows off into the water colum but there's a harry matt starting to grow that has to be scrubbed off. It's a 6mo 55g, tank parameters are:
Alk-9.5
Mg-1450
Ca- 470
Po4-.025
Ammonia-0
Nitrate-5
Nitrite-0
Salinity- 1.026, 35ppm
Temp- 78

Hello, so correct me if I'm wrong, looks like you started with dry rock. I've done 6 tanks now. 5 with dry rock, last one with live rock and sand from Tampa Bay Salt Water. Looks like all of my dry rock tanks at 4 to 12 months. I'm not the expert on the uglies, but I cleaned what I could and everything disappeared around Year 1. My newest tank never had any real uglies and had coral in it from week 1 or two can't remember. Your tank doesn't look that bad for 6 months .

Yes it was all dry rock. I'm trying to keep it clean. Weekly water changes, check parameters 3 times a week, seeded with copepods. 1 1/2 weeks ago everything was crystal clear and my parameters have stayed stable since the 6th week. Anything I can do, or just wait it out?
