This stuff took over a frag of mine, zoas, and ended up killing it. I've noticed it spreading more across the tank and random areas also. It's white fuzzy looking stuff, almost like a mildew.

Any help is appreciated

May be chrysophytes but need better pics under white lighting to cclearly identify as pics are heavy in blue and pink

White lace sponge. Odd it's growing out in the open like that. Manual removal is your best hope.

If you can remove rock, you can take a tooth brush to it.

Looks as though the bta is on the same rock... may need to use something to scrap it off and a turkey baster to suck up broken pieces.

The sponge isn't a big threat, unless it invades coral/anemone territory.

I've actually noticed a few other smaller pieces in various places throughout the rock as I look further. Just hoping it doesn't spread uncontrollably. Thanks

Just whites
I see both clatharina sponge with is a poriferan type of sponge and what may be hidden cup coral. For sponge, inject via syringe with either air or vinegar or carefully pull off with dental pick as sold at harbor freight (below)
