Help Identify Disease

I purchased a blonde naso tang from a LFS. Not doing to great in QT. Any help appreciated.

It doesn't look like velvet or ich for sure. Has pinched stomach and not doing too hot right now.

Photo is blurry but naso tangs discolor easily. Try feeding live brine and live black worms to stimulate feeding response.

Can you post a clearer photo?
