Help identify Disease.

Hey guys,

So three days ago I noticed some spots on my sailfin tang skin.
This fish has been with me for almost 5 months now and eats really well.
The only symptom i've seen is scratching agains the rocks .
Any ideas as to what it is?

Parameters are:
Amonia - 0
Nitrites - 0,25
Nitrates - 5
Kh - 8
PH - 8,3
Salinity - 1,023

Looks/sounds like ich to me. Could you take a picture in white light to be sure? Also let's see what the experts think @Jay Hemdal @vetteguy53081

Hello,
It could be ich, when did you last add a fish to the tank? Were the fish quarantined first?
One good way to determine if it is ich or not is to watch he location of the spots; do they check and go over a days time? Are they increasing in number? If so, it is probably ich.
Treating is going to require moving all of the fish to a treatment tank, unless your tank has no invertebrates in it. The two most common treatments are low salinity or copper.

My newest additions were the three other tangs you see in the video.
They were introduced 13 days ago, no signes of disease on those guys...
They were quarentined at the store.

I think the spots have grown in number. They were barely visible a few days ago.
This guy fights with my scopas tang sometimes, I wonder if that caused his immunity to go down.
Do you think quarentining is my best option now? I'm really scared of killing my fish doing that.

With the spots increasing in number, that does tend to seem more like ich. To treat effectively you may need to move them to a treatment tank, and then leave your tank fishless for 45 to 75 days (depending on your risk tolerance).

Agreeing with Jay on ich. To rule out flukes, you can give it a freshwater dip (same temp as display tank) which will both rule out flukes and offer fish temporary relief.
If spots fall off and you can see what looks like sesame seeds or fish scales on bottom of container , Flukes - if not- Follow Jay on Ich.

I've increase the temperature and the feeding so that he can fight the disease for now.
By tomorrow i'll look into setting up a quarentine tank.

No worries as for agression, they spar every once in a while but nobody is ever hurt.
My sailfin is a really agressive fish, he would beat any new additions.
But I guess when 3 tangs were added it was too much for him to handle thus his immunity went down, causing the ich.
