Help Identify Fish Illness

One of my green chromis has had these red marks on one side of his body for about a week now.

He is alive, but spends all his time hiding out near the aerators.

No other fish in the tank (including the other two green chromis) have any notable issues.

At first I thought it was a wound, but it's gotten a bit worse.

Is it an infection? Any treatment recommendations?

Uronema is really common in green chromis, but usually, they won't live for a week once the symptoms have appeared.

Is the fish still feeding?

By it hiding up near the aerators, I wonder if one of the other green chromis is intimidating it?
