help!!!! identify pest ?

I have the same exact pest in my tank hanging out next to my charmander zoas. It just seems to wave around its tentacles and capture any microscopic food or algae in the water column. I also want to find out what kind of pest this is. I have tried digging into the sand to find it's body but I only ever see the tentacles.
