Help identify please. Very strange

I dont know when these started but I have them in my sump as well. No clue what they are. I've gone through some searches and found ppl who have had them but no ID. They are the clear/ white tube looking things

They're a type of sponge/tunicate

Yes. Sponge harmless filter feeder.
