Help identify snail hitchhiker

Snail came in with Florida live rock shipment. Not sure if it is a keeper or not.

Whelk snail, wouldnt keep it as they have a habit of eating clams and other bivales also other snails

I was thinking that might be the case. It is pretty small and I only see it at night. It is a really neat looking snail. I will have to get rid of it the next time I see it.

These showed up last night also. One on a turbo snail and one on the glass. Not sure if they need to be eradicated or left alone.
