Help identify these white pods.

I haven't see any in the tank, but found these all over the overflows and refugium.

Pineapple sponges. Just a filter feeder in newer tank set ups. They will eventually dissipate on their own. I hade HUNDREDS of them in my tank in the beginning, but now just a few here and there on the underside of rocks. They are harmless, just not very attractive.
