Our peroxide way will beat it fastest, that strain of algae is highly receptive, all you have to do is lift out one test rock from the tank up top, wet the algae areas only with peroxide, hold in air cooking for four mins (won't hurt the rock or corals) then rinse and put back, not hand removing any to chart it's loss. In three days it is gone

If you wind up cleaning all the way down to the bottom rocks, while removed they should be siphoned clean up under them and siphon off the growths on the sandbed, simply hand guide the tank back to clean not via the clean up crew, but all by hand. The clean up crew resides in there for growback prevention, not removal, this simply removes the algae from your entire tank.
