OMG ,your not the only one-I hate it.I am so sick of spell correct and word correct. Not cleaner - it is water with oxidizing properties
True story. . . about a little over a year ago, I bought a large boat to use in Florida. I took pictures and had some taken and shared with a friend. He said to me he could not believe the size And shape of it. He then asked, what made me get it so soon?OMG ,your not the only one-I hate it.
Really looks like gha , either way reef flux rx works like a charm, I used it to kill all of my caulerpa , didn’t affect chaeto at all still had refugium running@vetteguy53081 So my shrimp was 3 years old and sadly passed away yesterday and the cleanup crew is doing really well and I have noticed a decline in the algae in some places but all zoas are still mad.
I have found out why some of the coral is mad and that my test kits were old and not showing the correct numbers.
It's obvious that the HA has sucked up all my nutrients leading to test low No3 and Po4.
I think this is Bryopsis and was thinking of getting some flux Rx to help in the process
I will have to take my Chaeto reactor offline for awhile but it will be fine as it has light already.

Looks like bryopsis too. Although flux will work, pull as much as you can by hand and MAKE SURE YOU PILL ALL THE ROOTS OFF with a dental pick. If any roots are visible- it will come back. After cleaning off which can also be done in a bucket of tank water, add some chitons, astrea snails, pitho crabs , ninja snails and even pin cushion urchin@vetteguy53081 So my shrimp was 3 years old and sadly passed away yesterday and the cleanup crew is doing really well and I have noticed a decline in the algae in some places but all zoas are still mad.

I might leave my chaeto going then.Really looks like gha , either way reef flux rx works like a charm, I used it to kill all of my caulerpa , didn’t affect chaeto at all still had refugium running
My pincushion is eating it as are my crabs and snails but OMG it's crazy how this stuff sucks the nutrients out of the water.Looks like bryopsis too. Bacteria will help and it grows faster than cleaners can consume it why I suggest physical removalThis is why I love this forum!!! Good people everywhere to give great advise!!!

Wonder if I should add some microbacter7 when it starts to die off?
Yeah been removing it all day and my hands are about frizzeled up so I will go at it again tomorrow.Bacteria will help and it grows faster than cleaners can consume it why I suggest physical removal
removal is first step- once the roots are gone , the Bryopsis is goneYeah been removing it all day and my hands are about frizzeled up so I will go at it again tomorrow.
I ordered the 7000mg of flux rx and got Microbacter7 also.
Slowly I am getting most of it except for some that I can't reachremoval is first step- once the roots are gone , the Bryopsis is gone
This was the reason I stated no flux. It’s an alternative and rarely a solution. Sorry to hear@vetteguy53081 All the blastos are dead so I will be slowly taking this tank down and maybe start over or do something else.
