Help Identify this growing on live rock

What in the world is this growing on my live rock lol is that a dinosaur egg. Any ways i was inspecting my tank with a flash light and notice this on a piece of live rock, Can anyone identify what it is? Tank only been running for a week today

Looks like a pineapple sponge up in the rock. They are filter feeders.
