Help identify this

Hello all. New to the site/forum. I've had FOWLR for decades but within the last year decided to move to a FAWWLR (fish and weeds with live rock). I finally got some good growth on one of my rocks that had a bunch of Xenia Coral on it so I chipped off a piece. However the other day I noticed a few pods of this orange thing (picture attached). I'm just wondering what is it? Is it harmful to my other tank mates.

Currently have lunar wrasse, bursa trigger, damsel, chromis. Corals are Xenia, GSP, Kenya trees and what ever this thing is.

I think it looks a little more like majano. It has fatter tentacles. Either way its a pest.

Luckily it is only on this rock that I chipped off. So I should remove it because it can attack my fish right? I also have a chocolate chip star, will it eat this thing? Any care I need when removing it? Will it sting me? Sorry for all the questions.

I think it looks a little more like majano. It has fatter tentacles. Either way its a pest.

Majanos usually come to a rounded tip, this one is pointy which is a characteristic of an aiptasia

Agreed after further research

Since it's a small piece of rock. If I pull out the rock and pluck them off will that get rid of them? They're nowhere else in the tank.

Thank you all for the help identifing. I just found the big pinned post with all the basic hitchhikers. But when I went to grab the rock the big one jumped off so that one was easy. The others I removed what I could. Then covered the whole area in glue. Hope it works. Thanks again for all the replies.
