I need help Identifying and Treating this fungus type growing on my rocks and Sand. I think it might be Diatoms, but can someone confirm? If so how do i treat?

Tank is 55 high with HOB Mechanical Filter & HOB Skimmer. Established 1 Year, 9 months. All my Numbers are perfect. All coral has closed up.

Tetra Test Strips also show all numbers in the Ideal range. I also took a water sample to my coral supplier and his tests also showed spot on.
 
some of it looks like cyanobacteria to me (reddish on the sand). The gray stuff on the rocks is either a bacterial mat of some sort or just a heavy build up of detritus. Treat it with a good sized water change and increasing flow. If you are using old T5's that can encourage the cyano to grow.
