My toadstool developed these spots. Is it a bacterial infection?

I moved it to a spot with higher lighting to see if it was unhappy in its shaded area.

Either a worm but more likely a lack of water flow and/or light
Placement is important and in a mixed reef they can be subject to toxins from other coral
Chemipure blue helps with these toxins

I moved it into a brighter spot and I think he’s much happier. Thank you for the response
