Anyone know what these white balls are. Searched in the forum but couldn’t find anything.

Definitely sponges - generally, sponges are harmless/beneficial unless they're smothering corals.

Pineapple sponge. To be safe, you can scrape them away with a paring knife outside of the tank and your concern is eliminated. Pineapple are harmless and generally dissipate but can also multiply
