Help identify worm or foe

Noticed this today. Any idea if this is a tube worm and if I should worry or not.

Also what should I do if I should worry lol

the fan thing. It retracts super fast and comes out slowly. Heres another pic
 
Do you see an exterior tube? If not, that still doesn't mean it's a coral boring worm. Might have found a hole in the skeleton and just made that its home. I wouldn't worry about it unless you specifically see the coral suffering on that side. Then again, I could be totally wrong!

Ok.. if anyone knows anymore appreciate!

It shoots in fast and comes out slow. No skeleton showing.

Sorry for the cloudy pics, just added calcium.

This guy has been on this Favia since the beginning. Very fat and happy most of the time. Has maybe tripled or more in size since I got it and the duster doesn't bother it.
