These were in the torches. . Shaking the torch didn't get them out. Revive and squirted the torch to get them out

They look to be Cestoplana sp. Though I can't be certain.

These worms look like syllidaes but are more segmented. Do you have pics of actual worms as it is rare I see worms under microscope images

That's not under microscope. Captured with phone cam, zoomed in.
 
Hmmm, their bodies look like that of mysid shrimp but dont believe they are. These are not Cestoplana which are pink and curl into a ball
