It looks to me like there is a gigantic hand in your aquarium!!!!! I'm not sure its reef safe! We should get more opinions. And there are some pods on your glass, they are good

More specifically, these appear to be munnid isopods or gamarid amphipods. It is hard to tell without a closer picture and/or a size reference. I am leaning more towards munnid isopods, since they look smaller than typical amphipods.
