Someone posted a similar image a few days ago. The consensus seemed to be some sort of macroalgae. I don't know if it was confirmed.

Hello! It's kind of hard to see such a small image but it kind of looks like Titanophora encrustans. It's the only naturally pale/white, almost pinkish macro that I've seen online and from what I could see, resembles the image you posted.
