Can anyone help identify this it pops out of my live rock as a flat round brownish transparent fan but not sure what it is killed a few by picking at it with tweezers felt kind shell like

The video plays for me. Some kind of bivalve (clam, oyster, scallop, etc.), perhaps? I'm not sure if you're showing one or two in the video, but the way the first one that shows up moves seems like the opening and closing of a bivalve to me.

Edit: to clarify, if it's a bivalve, then it's a harmless filter feeder.

If it's a bivalve, definitely not. If it isn't a bivalve then maybe, but I'd guess no. Generally, with stuff like this (i.e. with things that aren't actively stinging or roaming/hunting things) you just need to worry about it spreading and overtaking your corals. I'm not entirely sure what you've got growing there, but I highly doubt that it's going to start overtaking your corals at any point. So, I'd guess it's perfectly harmless.
