I noticed this on my rock. I do have a hammer and touch coral, is this from one of them?

How would I get rid of it
The same way you’d get rid of an Aiptasia. I use a kalkwasser (calcium hydroxide) paste (about the consistency of pancake batter). Use an oral syringe to cover the anemone, let it sit for 2-3minutes, then siphon out with some airline tubing. If you find that they’re coming back after this, you can seal the spot in with some super glue after siphoning the kalk paste off.
