This would be my vote. Torches don't often just appear on random rocks.Might be a pest Majano anemone, but it is hard to tell under the blue light.

How would I get rid of itDefinitely a majano.
The same way you’d get rid of an Aiptasia. I use a kalkwasser (calcium hydroxide) paste (about the consistency of pancake batter). Use an oral syringe to cover the anemone, let it sit for 2-3minutes, then siphon out with some airline tubing. If you find that they’re coming back after this, you can seal the spot in with some super glue after siphoning the kalk paste off.How would I get rid of it
