Help identifying a Coral I got from LFS with no name

Hey guys,

I got this guy for only 20$ at my LFS, they have a bunch of unidentified Coral and the guy didn't know what it was and I am fairly new to all this, can some of you pros tell me what it is? It's fairly big, with a green/blueish tint

That is a green devils hand leather. Very pretty

Looks like a leather of some sort. Possibly a devils hand. @sfin52 your thoughts?

Its a devils hand. Give it space they grow quick. Could double in size in a couple of months. When closed they are only a fraction of thier true size. I wouldn't be surprised if it doubles in size when fully inflated.

They will do well just about anywhere in the tank with decent flow. It will be a great coral for you. Easy to frag and trade since leathers are little harder to get because they are not a hot coral and the label of beginner coral.

They will get really Shiney and closed up this is a signal they are getting ready to shed. They will slough off the shed and will be bigger than before. This is one of the reasons for moderate flow. If not they won't shed right and possibly kill the coral.

yeah pretty happy with it, my LFS has a tank with corals that seem to be abandoned and full of algae so I usually don't bother with it, but I spotted this guy at a bargain price and couldn't resist.
