Help identifying bumps on Naso Tang please

Can someone help identify these bumps on my Naso Tang please? Initially assumed ich, but everything I read about starting on the tail and fins, scratching on rocks, and spreading quickly don’t seem to apply to this circumstance.

QT’d for 4 days, put in larger tank, got spots a day later. Has been like this for 2 days now- no worse and no more spots than the first day.

The bumps appear to be lymphocystis although better pics would confirm that. Lymphocystis is viral and often associated with poor water quality and/or diet.
Poor water quality can begin with wholesaler and not so much your tank but you will now need to assure good water quality and diet.
Diet - fish looks very thin. I hope it is eating as it is uncertain when this thin if they readily eat or eventually shut down with feeding
Offer foods such as :
Spirulina brine shrimp
Mysis shrimp
LRS herbivore diet
Small plankton
Hikari veggie diet
Nori seaweed basted with garlic extract

Add selcon vitamins to your foods 3x a week for overall stamina
