Hello. Can anyone help me identify what is on my sand in my reef tank (pictures below)? It is not all over the sand, only in certain areas. Also, if anything can be done to remove/reduce it if necessary. I have tried to vacuum/clean those areas. Thanks for any help.

common. Are you overfeeding? Usually a sign of your parameters not being ideal.
Okay, so it’s a type of algae? I don’t think I over feed. I don’t really feed my corals at all directly. I only have 2 fish and feed them normally.
