Help identifying spots

My sailfish has a white spot towards the bottom of her, she stopped eating. She ate yesterday but I didn't notice a spot. Anyone can help identifying this?

Was the fish QT’d? If not... I’d do a 5-minute freshwater dip to check for flukes. It could be a secondary infection.
