Help identifying that white thing

Hello All!

Any ideas of what is that thing getting out of my zoa? Could I remove it?


Thought about worms, spaghettis.... Some people also told me about sponges...

Didn't notice any extra changes in my zoas.

It's a sponge. You can remove with tweezers. Won't do too much harm to your zoas unless it is starting to grow over them and smother them.
