In time the polyps will extend out further, especially under good water flow. My polyps are over an inch long and love water flow.

It varies. I have them in 2 of my 3 tanks and in different areas. Water flow has a more profound impact on the growth of it. Moderate lighting to intense brings out the vibrant green color. It will grow under subdued light also just not as vibrant, in my opinion.

Paly, xenia, more xenia and a small clove polyp in there.

All these can be invasive. If you are not planning on growing it be adviced it can take over the rocks and deny you real estate for your coral.
