Help identifying this brown algae with bubbles. Is it dino

Established tank over year Alk -898, Calcium 400, Mg 1390

Lighting schedule with orphek 4v2 roughly 5 hours at 30% max with 2 hour ramp before and after.

It may possibly be dinos...only definitely identified by microscope pics, though. Cyano can also give bubbles...
Dinos typically will blow off the rocks easily with a turkey baster.
