Hi all, found this in my tank and I really would like to know what it is. they are oblong and when you remove them they will almost roll into a ball. Need to know if I have to remove them and if so how.

It's could be a serolid if it moved fast like a pod. If it's snail-like under there, it's probably a limpet. Either way, leave it be, IMO.
