Help identifying what growing on my live rock

Hi,

New tank with wet live rock from my LFS.

What is this, is it aiptasia? It's really small maybe 2 mm. Should I try to remove it?

Also have some of this stuff growing, what could this be:

Looks more like a light deprived palythoa, but could be aiptasia. I would move it more into the light and see what it does before removing (unless you don’t want to risk it, but I’m pretty sure it’s not aiptasia). The other stuff looks like half-dead macro algae.
