Help identifying

Hello everyone, I haven't had a saltwater tank for 6 years and I just jumped back in. Can someone please tell me what this is and if it grows fast. Thank you

I struggle with differentiating the soft corals like this, but looks like either clove polyps or Anthelia. It should grow pretty quickly.

Yes, some only grow it on the back glass.
