Palythoa or Zoan. I’m sure the one with the monti is palythoa.

Second picture is zoas, the rest are palys
I don’t want the palys to expand like this. If I placed the other 3 around the leather coral would that help? Any way to safety remove the one killing my chalice and monti?

The problem with zoos and palys is they will expand rapidly and can “cover” (out compete) others. GSP is the same, have one that completely covered a huge leather and fully covered a gorgonian. The palys pushed out the Xenia.

Now, I keep both of them on a separate rock island so they stay put.
I do grow GSP on the rear glass. When it gets to big, I just scrap some off.......(and frag it)

Anything I can do to stop or remove the palys growing around everything? Break off montipora and remove rock or rocks? I read its dangerous Should I just leave as is?
