Help identifying

Hello all, new to R2R and was wondering if I could get some help. I have a trumpet coral that has a fan type of critter that comes in and out of a white tube at it's base. The trumpet has started to brown at it's base. Not jelly but discolored none the less. Just did a parameters check and everything is perfect. Can y'all help. Thanks

Thanks, that's what I thought as well but was concerned that the base of the coral is turning brown. Just checked the parameters and everything is perfect.

Either a feather duster or aptasia, pics aren't clear enough for me to tell. (Feather duster is my guess) Either way it isn't affecting the coral. The base is probably getting darker from algae growth. That part of the base also isn't "alive" anymore. It's just a calcified skeleton the polyps are growing from. No need for concern.

Any color ? Does it have a ‘disk’ center or do the tentacles/feather deals spiral to the center? Is that wild LR? Is it coming off a newly placed coral/frag?

The coral has been in the tank about a month and a half. Not wild. And it looks opaque. When you shine a flashlight on it, it retracts like lightening into the tube.
