Are you asking about the hair algae? if so get am emerald crab and do a few large water changes. then add some kind of phosphate remover and some carbon. should be one in a coupe wees. keep doing weekly large water changes until it is gone. by large i mean 30% or more.

Pull off or scrap off what you can. If it comes back, you'll have to dose flucon or something
